Replacing the Great Wall Hover H3 Wheel Bearings///1. Remove the brake caliper and hang it with wire to the suspension elements.2. Unscrew the six bolts and remove the hub cover.3. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws and remove the lock washer.4. Use a wrench to loosen the hub adjusting nut.5. Remove the brake disc together with the hub and outer bearing.6. Use a screwdriver to remove the oil seal and inner hub bearing.7. Wash the outer and inner bearings and check them for wear and damage.8. If necessary, replace the inner bearing ring by knocking it out with a punch and hammer.9. Use a special tool to press in a new inner bearing ring.10. Lubricate the inner surface of the hub and outer bearing with Jin HP-R grease.1. Install the inner bearing race and fill the space between the bearings with HP-R grease. 12. Install the inner bearing and oil seal in the hub. Lubricate the sealing lip of the oil seal with HP-R grease. 13. Install the hub with the brake disc on the steering knuckle. 4. Install the outer bearing. 15. Using a wrench, tighten the adjusting nut to a torque of 80-100 Nm. 16. Turn the wheel hub left and right by about 1/3-1/4 of a turn. 17. Tighten the nut by hand as much as possible. 18. Finally tighten the nut to a torque of 28 Nm. 19. Measure the preload in the bearings. It should be within 28-56 Nm. 20. Install the lock washer and secure it with the screw on the adjusting washer. Attention! If the screw hole in the lock washer does not line up with the hole in the adjusting nut, turn the nut to reduce tension. Then install the lock washer.###GreatWallHoverH3Repair
