Be able to prove one of the following situations: When the continuity of the employment relationship that gave rise to the granting of the permit whose renewal is sought is proven. b) When the worker has had a period of work activity of at least three months per year, and the worker is in any of the following circumstances: 1. He has signed an employment contract with a new employer in accordance with the characteristics of his work authorization, and is registered or similar to registered at the time of requesting renewal. 2.
