There is so much to tell about this splendid agriturismo on the outskirts of Lazise on Lake Garda, the Veronese shore. There is so much because Luca and Julia, husband and wife, had put a strong idea on the plate a few years ago, which they then supported and carried forward with tenacity, effort, determination. And that pinch of poetry that must color our lives. Always. The idea was that of sustainability, of the valorization of the land as the mother of everything and for this reason they made me discover the importance of the garden as an expression of the will to respect the rhythms of nature, of their wine and their oil that is born on their farms, of the food cooked at the internal tavern where everything always comes from the garden and from strictly local farms. And starting from these assumptions, they have drawn other notable ideas, which aim (and succeed!) to make their creature immediately recognizable, such as the beautiful spa created in the basement, the rooms furnished in a simple but elegant way and all overlooking the countryside of the estate, the tour of the garden and the frasca of Villa Bottona (their home) aboard the friendly Ape Calessino, the tasting of dishes prepared by chef Andrea Vitali, capable of generating authentic emotions of the palate. In short, Natiia is Luca and Julia's praise of the land, but also their dream of giving life to a reality in which their ideas and their sensitivity towards the environment and nature were the true protagonists of everything, taking care of the details also in the ability to make guests understand the meaning of entering a place where magic reveals itself naturally.
