#Recipe for #Royal Pickles, #Pickles and #Kambi Country Life with Dido and Callie Hello, Country Life Friends! In this video, we will once again show our successful recipe for pickle king, pickles and calamari in a jar. The recipes are as follows: 1. Royal pickle in a 100 liter canister, tightly arrange the vegetables you like, cover with water and add 30 grams of sea salt to 1 liter of water. It is carried out for 2-3 weeks, and it does not have to be every day. I put a cob of ripe corn, 1 quince, a few horseradish roots and mustard (natural preservatives). When the pickle is ready, it can be mixed with potassium sorbate - 1 g of preservative per 1 liter of water. 2. Royal pickle in a 12 liter can, again the vegetables are stacked tightly, but the marinade is made, which includes - 400 g of sea salt, 800 g of sugar, 1600 ml of vinegar and 4 l of water. The salt and sugar should be dissolved and then the pickle should be poured. I also add horseradish and mustard (natural preservatives). Aspirin can be added (if you make it in jars), I will personally cross it with potassium sorbate - 1 g of preservative per 1 liter of water. 3. Pickles - onion, fennel flower, peppercorns, mustard, cucumbers. Put 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 4 tablespoons of vinegar (25 ml) on an Omnia-type compote jar. Arrange the cucumbers tightly and add water up to the edge under the lids, so that a little air remains when the lid is closed. Boil for 5 minutes - just enough to get a vacuum to sink the cap. If you cook them longer they will lose their crispness. Made in this way, they are suitable for Snow White salad, for Russian salad or for direct consumption. Their juice is very good for hangovers. 4. Kambi The kambi are cleaned, arranged in a tray and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar are put on each kambi. Put them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, until they are soft enough to fit into the jars. After they are ready, put them in the jar - black pepper, carrots, celery, flounder - this is how it goes until the jars are full. There are 2 options for canning - to put 3 aspirins on a jar, or to boil them for the cap - exactly 5 minutes, enough to catch a vacuum. 🇧🇬👫🤍💚❤️ Hello, friends of rural life, nature and freedom! It is a place where time flows more calmly and inspiration is born from the green fields, the sound of the river and the song of the birds. WE CHOOSE village life to ground ourselves in the truest sense of the word. We moved away from the hustle and bustle of city life to find our inner peace and balance. Growing food plays a central role in village life. We tend our garden with love and dedication, knowing that every sowing and harvest is not only an act of labor, but also an expression of gratitude to nature for its gifts. Every vegetable, every fruit is an occasion for joy and gratitude. Beekeeping is another important part of village life. Bees not only provide honey and other bee products, but also play a key role in plant pollination. Through beekeeping, we take care of the bee colonies and the entire ecosystem in the area. We strive to maintain the balance in nature and live in harmony with it. Thus, life in a village near the big city builds a strong connection with nature, self-awareness and community. Here we discover the true richness of life, which is not measured in material possessions, but in relationships, culture, and a sense of belonging to something greater than ourselves.
