About :

100 years ago, a young engineer, inventor and designer Gustavs #Erenpreiss opened a bicycle factory in Riga. From a small workshop, it gradually turned into a real bicycle empire. Without exaggeration, the entire Baltics and Eastern Europe rode #Erenpreiss bicycles. With the advent of Soviet power, the company was nationalized (i.e., taken away from its owner and creator) and renamed the #Red Star plant, where they began to manufacture mopeds. And at the end of the 20th century, production completely collapsed. It seemed that this was the end of the history of bicycles and the Erenpreiss family. But 70 years later, a young philosophy student Toms Erenpreiss unexpectedly for himself continued the work of his ancestor.
