Today, connoisseur Colin in SPOON, KNIFE, GAGE finally gets around to opening the Bolo jars that weren't touched back then and taking a closer look at them. 15 different jars are in the running (we're leaving out Miracoli because it's the wrong product). There's everything from the big brands to cheap ones to vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The fine sauces are tested cold and warm. At the end, our Bolo boy rates the Italian classic on a scale of 1-10. We say Buon appetito! What are your favorites?
