Thomas Spöhrer and co-driver Michael Senf came to Bad Schmiedeberg and were in third place in the championship. They actually wanted to defend this position. But then came the well-known phrase: "At the end, the score is settled". So the message was: reach the finish line and bring the beautifully built Rallyetrabant 601 to the finish line in one piece. They reached the finish line, but they had not expected the result. Second place in Schmiedeberg and champions of the ADMV Histo Rallye Cup 2024 for the first time.
