Ingredients below: Chicken rolls 4 single chicken breasts salt, pepper - to taste oil - for frying stuffing 1.: 200 g mushrooms 1 tablespoon butter 1 onion 1 clove garlic 100 g grated mozzarella 50 g grated cheddar 0.5 bunch of parsley salt, pepper - to taste stuffing 2.: 200 g spinach 3 cloves garlic salt - to taste breading: 2 eggs 100 g breadcrumbs 100 g wheat flour Carrots with peas 800 g carrots 300 g green peas 50 g butter 2 tablespoons wheat flour vinegar - to taste salt, pepper - to taste American cake 5 eggs 1 cup sugar 4 tablespoons water 2 cups wheat cake flour 1 tablespoon cocoa 1.5 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 kg apples ¾ cup oil 100 g walnuts Bake for 40-50 min. at 170°C
