The world was one, a primordial chaos where people and hollows all lived together! These Hollows began to eat the citizens of that original world and over time they joined together until they became the first lesser great, the one that became known as the primordial lesser! The one that threatened all existence in ancient times. It was then that a mysterious entity appeared, a being capable of facing this monster and all the other hollows: the Soul King, a being of light that seems to have been created as a response from the world to fight the creature. He not only defeated it, but also stabilized the world by transforming the Menos into reishi sands. But this peace was short-lived... Five powerful beings, 5 elders of what would become the 5 noble families, were dissatisfied with the status quo brought by the Soul King, and decided to create a new order that they believed to be better, dividing that world into three: Soul Society, Hueco Mundo and the Human World. To do so, without resistance, they sealed the Soul King in a state of eternal agony, shaping the foundations of the cycle of life and death as we know it today. And, among the dark secrets of this new world, the King of Souls, mutilated and without a choice, still remained as the anchor of stability and remained that way, paralyzed in a suspended state between life and death, for millennia, until his son, Yhwach, put an end to his suffering with the goal of creating a new world, a world without deaths, a world that, in order to be created, would possibly need to lose the lives of millions in the process, a sacrifice he was willing to make to put an end to his father's humiliation. Well, the story suggests that the Quincy king was born after the king had already been sealed and because of his inspiration in the story of Jesus, it is theorized that he may have sprouted from his mother's womb, just like Jesus.
