Instagram: / carla__caspary Facebook: / healthyfoodhealthymood Ingredients: 140 g buckwheat 200 ml homemade plant milk 4 tbsp nut puree 6 dates 1 banana Handful of nettle leaves Pinch of cinnamon Pinch of vanilla Half a lemon (optional) Decoration: 1 pear 3 tsp peeled hemp seeds Blossoms from meadow flowers, e.g. clover, dead nettle and ground ivy Preparation: Soak the buckwheat in water overnight and rinse well the next day as it produces a slimy consistency. Option 1: Prepare the buckwheat as a pudding: Put the buckwheat, plant milk, nettle leaves, dates, peeled banana, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender and mix thoroughly. Pour the buckwheat pudding into a bowl. Option 2: Prepare the buckwheat as muesli. To do this, put all the ingredients except the buckwheat in the blender. Mix the finished smoothie mixture with the soaked buckwheat. Pour the buckwheat muesli into a bowl. Decorate with peeled hemp seeds, pear pieces and flowers. Note: Purchased plant milk is ultra-high-temperature or pasteurized to make it last longer, i.e. it is not raw food quality. Homemade plant milk, on the other hand, is not heated and is therefore a natural product in raw food quality (provided that the nuts, seeds and grains used were not heated, of course).
