Subscribe to the channel: / rio4fun Seridó: Welcome to Seridó, Rio Grande do Norte, and today we will be getting to know, visiting and eating in the Switzerland of Seridó, which is related to the low temperatures that the region presents. We visited more precisely the region of Cerro Corá, which is a very hospitable city and where it is hot during the day and at night the temperatures drop a lot. Tourist city that has several trails, slabs and lots of nature and of course creative cuisine. On that day, we had the opportunity to be accompanied by our friend and chef, and a reference in Potiguar gastronomy, Walter Dantas @chefwalterconsultor, where we had a barbecue and a typical dish from Rio Grande do Norte: chouriçada, an ancient sweet made by ancient peoples, made from pig's blood with cashew nuts, delicious! We also did some nature and contemplation tourism, visited the public market of Cerro Corá and ate regional foods.
