About :

"Seibu Keisatsu" began the following October after the "Daitokai Series" ended in September 1979 (Showa 54). Yujiro teams up with Investigative Division Chief Kogure Kenzo and Chief Investigative Officer Daimon, played by Watari Tetsuya, to solve difficult cases. The show attracted attention for its unprecedented action, car stunts, explosion scenes and use of a wide variety of firearms in the history of Japanese television dramas. The detectives led by the protagonist, Chief Investigative Officer Daimon, played by Watari Tetsuya, were also known as the Daimon Gang. The series was a huge hit that ran for five years.
