Apparently it has to get cold to make it clear," she added. Regarding the war in Ukraine, the minimum goal, according to the professor, for Russia is to conquer Odessa. "Whether they succeed is another matter, but that is a minimum goal." If tensions escalate with arms exports from NATO member countries, the conquered territory of Ukraine will only increase.
