Full Professor of Pharmacology. In October 2015 she moved from the Department of Medical Biotechnology and Translational Medicine, University of Milan to the University of Humanitas, where she is responsible for the Neuroscience Program. Since July 2014 she is the Director of the Institute of Neuroscience of the CNR, an institution of excellence in research on the nervous system with locations in Pisa, Milan, Padua and Cagliari. Degree and PhD at the University of Pisa, Postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Cell Biology of the Yale School of Medicine and Visiting Scientist at the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
