That makes everyday life a lot easier, especially when the day is full of appointments, or you come home from work exhausted and have no time to cook. I'll show you which dishes are suitable for this in this video. There are enough for vegetarians and meat eaters. Join me on a preserving journey. I would be delighted if you like one or two of the dishes so much that you feel like cooking them yourself. Recipes: Ikra (vegetable ragout): 130 ml oil (sunflower oil) 130 g sugar 100 ml table vinegar 2 tbsp salt (without iodine) 120 g tomato paste Bring to the boil 1 kg zucchini - Cut into pieces and simmer in the sauce for 10 minutes. 1 kg tomatoes 0.5 kg onions 1 kg red peppers (if you like you can add 1 kg carrots and/or 6 cloves of garlic) Cut everything into pieces, add to the mixture Add 1 tbsp black pepper Mix well. Simmer for 20 mins. Pour into jars - reduce to 100 degrees for 30-40 mins Meat: Season the chicken and/or turkey to taste (salt/pepper) (salt/paprika flakes) (salt/curry) Put the following in the jar: 1 bay leaf, 1 allspice berry, 3-4 black peppercorns Fill up with meat to approx. 2cm below the rim. Cover the base lightly with water, close the lid and reduce to 100 degrees for 120 minutes. Pan-fried dish: Season the pork with salt and pepper. Put one bay leaf, one allspice berry and 3-4 black peppercorns in each jar. Now it is layered: First the pork, then the raw potatoes, then the raw, finely chopped carrots and the previously fried onions. Close and simmer at 100 degrees for 120 minutes. Lagman: 500 g beef 1 kohlrabi 2 large carrots 1 large pepper 3 medium potatoes 2-4 cloves of garlic 1 zucchini 1 eggplant 2 cans of pizza tomatoes or strained tomatoes Oil Spices: Sambal Oelek Salt (without iodine when simmering) Pepper Preparation: Cut all the vegetables into sticks and fry individually (except the potatoes) in a little oil. Cut the meat into small cubes or sticks and fry that too. Put everything (except the potatoes) in a large pot and add the pizza tomatoes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the potatoes and garlic. Top up with a little water. Season with salt, pepper and sambal oelek and simmer for a further 15 minutes. Serve with spaghetti noodles. Boiling: 100 degrees 75 minutes
