English:PORTUGUESE CHICKEN RECIPE: INGREDIENTS for 5 people: 10 chicken thighs 250 ml chicken stock 200 g crushed tomatoes 1 glass of white wine 2 medium potatoes 1 onion 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 100 g frozen peas 2 cloves of garlic Olive oil Salt and pepper PREPARATION: 1. Cut the onion into julienne strips, the garlic into slices, the peppers into strips and the potatoes into slices. 2. In a saucepan with a good splash of oil, cook the chicken on all sides with salt and pepper until golden. Add the onion, garlic and peppers and cook with a pinch of salt until they start to take colour. 3. Pour in the white wine and reduce the alcohol. Pour in the tomato and reduce again to remove any water. Add the stock and cook covered for 20 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, fry the potatoes separately and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper. Once the chicken is cooked, add the peas and cook until soft.
