On the one hand, we are happy that we have escaped the nightmare. On the other hand, we long for the narcissistic partner. Inside, we are completely crazy and wish that he would contact us again. Get over the fact that he gets in touch again after a certain amount of time. But somehow it seems to be different for you, because it has been a few months since your breakup and he hasn't contacted you yet. Now you feel even more confirmed that you are not lovable. Basically, you can be happy that he isn't getting in touch with you. But that doesn't help you right now. I know that because I've been through all of that too.
