Here is a recipe I created: Dubai Cozonac with lots of pistachio filling, white chocolate, with fluffy dough and milk chocolate glaze! I'm sure you will try it too for the upcoming Holidays! Now I have combined the 3 elements to create these fabulous Dubai Style cozonacs! INGREDIENTS (for 2 cakes) **FLAVY DOUGH: 500 g cake flour 5 egg yolks 200 g lukewarm milk (+25 g extra) 100 g sugar 1 sachet Bourbon vanilla sugar 10 g dry yeast or 35 g fresh grated zest from one lemon and one orange 5-7 g salt 150 g full-fat butter (82%) **Pistachio cream FILLING with kunefe (kataif) 300 g raw pistachios (blanched and peeled) 200 g white chocolate 395 g sweetened condensed milk (thick) 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste) approx. 250 g kunefe or kataifi (noodles) 40 g butter a pinch of salt **GLAZING approx. 400 g milk chocolate decorations: chopped pistachios, edible gold ornaments **PLUS 1 egg for greasing the cakes How to make kunefe (konefe) threads: • Practical and Delicious❗Evde Pet Şişesi ol...
