In the case of extra cooking, the broth can be frozen and used later as a stock for various dishes. If possible, do this on the first day after considering it beforehand, not when the soup is about 3 days old, then it is no longer recommended. What you should expect is that after freezing, the soup will no longer be so beautiful and transparent, as a result of freezing, the structure of the broth will be damaged due to the ice crystals, it can also be slightly opalescent.
