Buy the full webinar recording: https://sklep.install.pl/webinar-doku... #4trans #zatrudnianiekierowców #aktaosobowy #kierowca List: 0:00 - 0:47 Personal file part A 0:48 - 9:30 Personal files, part B Personal files - part A In part A of the personal files, the employer stores declarations or documents concerning personal data collected in connection with applying for employment, as well as referrals for medical examinations and medical decisions regarding initial, periodic and control medical examinations (art. 229 § 1 point 1, § 11 and 12 of the Labor Code) Personal files - part B In part B of the personal files, the employer stores declarations or documents concerning the establishment of an employment relationship and the course of the employee's employment, including: a) declarations or documents concerning personal data collected in connection with the establishment of an employment relationship, b) an employment contract, and if the contract was not concluded in writing - confirmation of the arrangements as to the parties to the contract, the type of contract and its terms (art. 29 § 2 of the Labor Code), c) the scope of activities (scope of duties), if the employer has additionally specified in this form the employee's tasks resulting from the type of work specified in the employment contract, d) documents concerning the performance by the employee of work in special conditions or of a special nature within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 19 December 2008 on bridging pensions (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1924), e) confirmation that the employee has familiarised themselves with: – the content of the work regulations (art. 1043 § 2 of the Labour Code) or the announcement (art. 150 § 7 of the Labour Code), – the provisions and principles of occupational health and safety (art. 2374 § 3 of the Labour Code), – the scope of information covered by the confidentiality specified in separate provisions for a given type of work, position held or function performed, f) confirmation that the employee has been informed of: – the terms of employment (art. 29 § 3 and art. 291 § 2 of the Labour Code) and of changes to the terms of employment (art. 29 § 32 and art. 291 § 4 of the Labour Code), – the purpose, scope and method of applying monitoring (art. 222 § 8 of the Labour Code), – the occupational risk associated with the work performed and the principles of protection against hazards (art. 226 item 2 of the Labour Code), g) confirmation that the employee has received a) provide the adolescent and his statutory representative with information on the occupational risk associated with the work performed by the adolescent and on the principles of protection against hazards (Article 201 § 3 of the Labour Code) h) documents confirming the completion of the required occupational health and safety training, statements concerning the termination of work or pay conditions or changes to these conditions in another manner, i) documents concerning the entrustment of property to the employee with the obligation to return it or to account for it, documents concerning the employee's acceptance of joint material liability for the entrusted property together with the obligation to account for it (Article 124 and Article 125 of the Labour Code), j) documents related to the improvement of professional qualifications by the employee or related to acquiring or supplementing knowledge and skills on principles other than those relating to the improvement of professional qualifications, k) documents related to granting an employee an award or distinction (Art. 105 of the Labour Code), l) documents related to the employee applying for and taking maternity leave, leave on maternity leave conditions, parental leave, paternity leave or parental leave, ł) documents related to combining parental leave with work for the employer granting such leave (Art. 1821e of the Labour Code), m) documents related to reducing working hours in the case of an employee entitled to parental leave (Art. 1867 of the Labour Code), THAT'S NOT ALL!
