CHRISTMAS COOKIES INGREDIENTS: 500g White Rose Wheat Flour 300g Unsalted butter at room temperature 200g Refined sugar 50g Brown sugar 02 units of orange zest 2 Small eggs DECORATION: QB Cocoa powder QB Repaired royal icing METHOD COOKIES: 1. In a bowl add all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar and orange zest and mix well. 2. Then add the butter and eggs and mix with your hands until the dough is very homogeneous and smooth. 3. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 5 minutes. 4. Remove from the refrigerator and roll out the dough between 2 disposable bags 5. Cut the cookies with the cutter and stamp, make markings with cocoa. 6. Transfer the cookies to a baking tray and refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes. 7. For cookies that will be decorated with icing, just cut them out and transfer them to the baking sheet. 8. Repeat the refrigerator process and then bake the cookies for approximately 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180ºC until they are well baked. 9. Remove from the oven and wait to cool. 10. To decorate with icing: place the stencil on the cookie and use a spatula to apply a thin layer of icing. 11. Gently remove the stencil and wait for the icing to dry. 12. Pack the cookies in cellophane bags to give as gifts or hang on your Christmas tree.
