Put the eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and beat for 1 minute / level 4 until frothy. Add the paradise cream, oil and milk and mix for 1 min 30 sec / speed 4. Add the flour and baking powder and mix for 1 min / speed 4. Pour the dough into the prepared baking tin and bake in the preheated oven at 175° O/B for 50 - 55 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool in the tin. Garnish with chocolate coating or powdered sugar. Enjoy! Thank you for watching & see you next time!
