This is an online lecture video in connection with the exhibition, “Sehan-Sehan - Unchanging Green Even in the Midst of Winter.” In the first lecture, Mr. Yoo Hong-joon, former head of the Cultural Heritage Administration and author of “Wandang Pyeongjeon,” introduces Chusa Kim Jeong-hui’s scholarship and art by examining his life by period. This lecture covers Kim Jeong-hui’s life before he was exiled in 1840, allowing us to understand his youth and middle age, as he was born into a prestigious family and grew up without being the envy of others.
