The tallest residential skyscraper in Poland is being built in Rzeszów. Initially, the building was supposed to be 161 meters high, including the spire, but the investor decided to change the building's design, adding 5 floors and changing the spire. As a result, the skyscraper will reach 220 meters! However, a significant part of this height will be due to the spire, which will probably reach about 60 meters. The entire complex will have nearly 300 apartments. The first three floors will be service and office premises. The building will also have a SPA and a swimming pool available to the residents of the complex. The completion of the Olszynki Park investment in Rzeszów is planned for the end of this year.
