ISUZU D-max 2500, year 2005, the engine light was on. Solved the problem by removing the EGR motor to clean it for 2-3 days but it didn't go away. Bought some engine inspection equipment but couldn't find the problem. Took the motor to test it and it still worked. Today I did the same thing, adding another thing: opened the fuse panel and tried swapping the relays between the air conditioner relay and the ECM relay. It turns out the engine light disappeared, confusingly. A new EGR costs around 5400 baht at the dealer + tax + labor, about 6000.
