Hi everyone, In this video I show you how I make a real classic: Apple pie! A real friend of all, and I thought it was high time that I share my recipe with you :). Delicious crispy biscuit base with a fresh apple filling. What do you need for 1 apple pie (24 cm): 200 grams of butter 200 grams of white (caster) sugar 400 grams of self-raising flour 1 egg vanilla & lemon zest to taste pinch of salt 1.5 kilos of apples (I used Elstar, and the weight is for unpeeled apples) 50 grams of sugar 3 large teaspoons of cinnamon 15 grams of breadcrumbs or panko Curious about more recipes from my kitchen?
