When I'm asked what I personally gained most from the episodes of Human Power, I say that it's a better mood and feeling of well-being, which is directly related to the ability to eat healthier. This has come about through interviews with doctors and nutritionists. Their answers give me both motivation and the ability to choose more wisely what I put on the table and in my stomach. My husband is also happy with the result, that we eat both healthier and tastier as a family. I still have a lot of questions about a complete diet and the ability to stick to it, so I invited Silvija Abel to a conversation, who is a nutritionist, nutritionist, certified GAPS nutrition consultant, and she also has a doctorate in chemistry.
