#Nusszopf #galinabackt Hello everyone :D Today I want to show you my favorite recipe for Nusszopf. It's really easy to prepare and the taste is unbelievably delicious. Ingredients for the dough: 400 g flour 60 g sugar 1 egg at room temperature 60 g very soft butter 30 g yeast 4 tbsp lukewarm water 170 ml lukewarm milk Half a tsp salt Ingredients for the filling: 160 g ground hazelnuts 30 g chopped almonds 60 ml - 70 ml milk 2.5 tsp baking cocoa 2.5 tbsp sugar Half a tsp cinnamon A little vanilla extract 1 egg Ingredients for the icing: 130 g powdered sugar Juice of one lemon Enjoy your meal!!!
