We participated in the mountain festival "The 4100D Mountain Trail in Nozawa Onsen" in July. Harsh midsummer temperatures, thick fog, heavy rain, and altitude differences. We challenged this difficult course and called it the "midsummer showdown". After considering what we could do in this race from every angle - running ability, experience, technique - we set the goal of "not pushing ourselves too hard".
