"Time Slip NST" unearths nostalgic footage from the library that NST Niigata General Television has been collecting since it began broadcasting in 1968. The second episode is footage of Yuzawa Town around 1990 (Heisei 2). It shows Yuzawa Town, including Echigo Yuzawa Station and Naeba Ski Resort, at the peak of the explosive ski boom and bubble economy that was sparked by the release of the movie "Take Me Skiing." The program will introduce the opening of Gala Yuzawa Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen, Naeba Ski Resort 30 years ago, a ski wear fashion show, the Volvo ski show at Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort, and the beauty pageant at Kagura Ski Resort, all with talks from Showa-born announcer Tobita Atsushi and Heisei-born announcer Okeya Miki.
