2024 has been a decisive year for regulations that focus on cyber security. The topic is particularly felt by the European legislator who is moving, in various directions, with the aim of creating a common reference framework for member states and of providing a concrete and decisive response to the growing wave of cyber threats. The protagonist of recent months, NIS2, has been at the center of the concerns and priorities of many public and private entities. A few weeks after the full applicability of the provisions of the Directive, we probed how much awareness is already consolidated on these issues with a short anonymous survey launched in recent weeks. From the desire to understand "how much" companies and PAs know about NIS2 and how prepared they are to meet the challenges launched by the regulation - both on a technical and organizational and training level - the comparison between Valentina Frediani and Roberto Branz, of RSA Security, was born. A dialogue that, during the webinar of December 19, was the opportunity to tell and comment on the results of the survey. The aim of the initiative was not only to provide a snapshot of the data collected, but also to offer, through a multi-voice comparison, concrete ideas to define the priority scale of the activities of the coming months and improve the risk management capacity and the response to adverse events in the ICT field. Topics covered by the webinar: NIS2 and Cybersecurity: how much do you know?
