#Stir-fried oyster mushrooms Ingredients: 3 oyster mushrooms, 1 onion, a handful of carrots, a handful of green onions Seasoning: 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 soy sauce, 1 oyster sauce, ½ pepper powder, 1 minced garlic, 1 mirin 1. Wash and prepare the onions, leeks, and carrots. 2. Lightly wash the oyster mushrooms in water, wipe off the moisture with a paper towel, and cut into bite-size pieces. 3. Coat a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil and add 1T minced garlic and leeks. When the fragrant green onion and garlic comes up, add the onion and carrot slices and stir-fry for 1 minute. 4. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry with 1T soy sauce, 1T oyster sauce, 1T mirin, ½T pepper powder, and a pinch of flower salt. 5. When the oyster mushrooms are moist, add the leeks and stir-fry lightly for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and let cool for 1 minute. 6.
