※ This video is part of the <Extreme Job - Bangjja Yugi Gong> broadcast on July 31, 2013. A 1,300-degree furnace boiling like lava! There are people who face the hot fire in front of it all year round and create traditional yugwa. They are the 'Bangjja Yugi Gong'. Bangjja Yugi is also called the 'mysterious vessel' because of its detoxifying effect that kills bacteria such as food poisoning and E. coli. The process of making it is also difficult and complicated. The melting process starts at 4 AM. It is a large-scale process that takes 12 hours just to melt the molten iron. In the hot steam that fills the factory in the middle of summer, 2,000 kg of iron must be melted per day! Melting, pouring, cooling... After dozens of processes, brass, the basic material for yugwa production, is created. The process that must be completed to create strong and good vessels is 'Mejil' (tapping). Thousands of Mejil are needed to complete just one item. And through the 'gajil' that peels off the surface, Bangjja Yugi is reborn from gray to golden!
