Hello! Today we will make my favorite cocoa sponge cake, with a reduced amount of oil! The diameter of the cake ring is 22 cm, you only need 4 eggs and the end result is 8 cm high :) This is a wonderful base for any cake composition. Of course, it can also be made in a smooth cake ring with a buckle, up to 28-30 cm in diameter, this amount of dough is more than enough. Try it:) INGREDIENTS: 4 eggs 4 dkg cocoa powder 25 dkg granulated sugar 31 dkg fine flour 2.5 dl milk (IN THE VIDEO I SAID 2 dl BY WRONG, 1000 SORRY) 0.5 dl cooking oil a packet of baking powder vanilla sugar (can be left out) skillfully !
