Mutabal is one of the most popular and delicious dips in the Levant. The most famous is Mutabal Batinjan (eggplant Mutabal). The delicious oriental eggplant cream consists of roasted eggplant, yogurt, tahini (sesame paste) and a few spices. The dip is easy to combine, is super creamy and very tasty.
