After cooking the polenta flour in salted water for 50 minutes, Daniele pours the polenta into a tart pan lined with baking paper. He places another pan on top to create the shape of the cavity and lets it cool. He then removes the pan and bakes for 30 minutes at 190°. In the meantime, Daniele dedicates himself to the filling by browning the chopped mushrooms with butter, garlic, bacon and chopped parsley. After taking the polenta out of the oven, he places the sautéed mushrooms with the raw sausage, the pieces of crescenza and the grated cheese in the cavity. Bake for another 10 minutes at 220°, then serve.
