If you want to make a 4-layer cake, double the quantities. Beat the softened butter with the sugar until you get a cream. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla essence, beating constantly. Once smooth, add the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) with the cocoa. Then add hot water little by little. Place in a greased mould and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Repeat 1 more time to obtain the dough discs, 1 cm each. Chocolate and coffee cream filling: 500 cm3 heavy cream Instant coffee 1 tablespoon (to taste) Icing sugar 100 grams Preparation Beat the cream with the icing sugar. Dilute the instant coffee with a little water and add it to the cream. Beat. Place a ring of dough, filling and another ring of dough. And so on depending on how many layers you want. Then we decorate it by covering the whole cake with the filling.
