This video presents the teaching approach and the warm-up (the "entry into the activity", 1st part) proposed by Michel Pradet during the Athletics Practical Workshop organized by the Paris-ÎdF Regional of AE-EPS on Thursday 12 (Henri IV high school, Paris 5th) and Saturday 14 October 2017 (UFR STAPS of Créteil). Mr. Pradet is an honorary associate professor of EPS, former professor at INSEP. He holds the 3rd degree State Certificate in athletics and the DESS in physical preparation engineering.
