Koruna Turca - the most difficult 200 km hiking in Slovakia? (4K, 2023)

After conquering the Cesta hrdinov SNP, it required something big, so in early 2023, I and a group of friends decided to conquer one of the most difficult hikes that you can undertake in our country. Koruna Turca is an (yet) unofficial route leading through five Slovak mountains. Lúčanská Malá Fatra, Krivánská Malá Fatra, Veľká Fatra, Žiar mountains and Kremnické hills. To make it not so easy, we decided to cover 12,000 meters of altitude over a distance of 200 kilometers in 6 days. Heavy backpacks, bears and beautiful hills kept us company. The continuous crossing of the ridge of these five mountains (in the shortest possible time) is a nice treat even for experienced tourists ????. They say that conquering the Turk's Crown only hurts for the first seven days. So, if you pass it in six, you win one day off. But to keep from crying, I have to say that this was one of the most beautiful hikes I've ever been on. The name Kuruna Turca fits and the hike is really worth the effort. Your feet will thank you for almost 12,000 meters of altitude, your brain will process it for a long time. It's also such a small tip that if you want to walk the SNP Heroes' Trail, but don't have a month off, try this hike, you'll be satisfied ???? ⚠ I recommend watching the movie with subtitles. Why?
