Please understand that access to the port terminal is not possible outside of this period and the time must be bridged outside. Simply and conveniently select an available time slot online in the My Travel portal. Suites and Junior Suites guests have the entire check-in period at their disposal - with no set time slot. For guests arriving by TUI Cruises flight, check-in is open upon arrival at the port. Early check-in: 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. when booking an early check-in package (€35 per person), free of charge for children up to and including 13 years, suites and junior suites guests and for guests who have booked a SPA treatment (from €35 per person) or a shore excursion on the day of arrival starting before 4:00 p.m. Cabin occupancy: Your cabin will be available to you from 3:00 p.m. at the latest. Documents: Please have your ship pass (online check-in confirmation with your set time slot) ready for entry to the port terminal. You will also need your ID card to check in. Arrival information Information for your TUI Cruises flight arrival Check-in: Please be aware that there may be longer waiting times at the airports. To be on the safe side, therefore, plan more time at the airport. Luggage: Please collect your luggage from the baggage carousel yourself. Transfer: Our TUI Cruises hostesses will meet you after customs control. Please have your transfer voucher or ship pass ready, which will be checked by the TUI Cruises hostesses but not collected. Our transfer buses will take you directly to the ship. Our hostesses will give you further information when you arrive at the port. Information for your individual arrival Transfer: Our transfer buses are only available free of charge to guests who have booked their arrival through TUI Cruises. Please organize your own travel to the ship. Notes on luggage The baggage collection point is open from 10:00 a.m. It may take some time for your luggage to be delivered to your cabin. Our tip: Take important medication and documents for check-in (valid ID and ship's pass) and any change of clothes in your hand luggage. Departure information Note for all departing guests from Punta Cana or Santo Domingo All travelers who depart individually or on a TUI Cruises flight from Punta Cana or Santo Domingo must fill out an electronic form ("e-ticket"). The form can be filled out several weeks before the trip. We recommend that you prepare this at home for your departure. You can find more information about this in the My Trip section. All guests who depart on a TUI Cruises charter flight via La Romana airport are exempt from this. Information for your TUI Cruises flight departure Check-out: Your cabin is available to you until 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can use all public areas on board until your airport transfer. You will receive detailed information about the day of departure and your transfer time on board in good time. Information for your individual departure Berth: La Romana Cruise Pier - Muelle Touristico Check-out: Your cabin is available to you until 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The official end of the cruise is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out: 6:00 p.m. (can be booked on board) Transfer: Our transfer buses are only available free of charge to guests who have booked a departure through TUI Cruises. Please organize your departure yourself. Note: If you subsequently stay at a hotel in the Dominican Republic, you must personally submit a customs declaration to the port authority and purchase a tourist card for 10 USD (payment in cash only). You will also receive this on board on the day of departure. If you leave the Dominican Republic later, an additional departure tax of 20 USD will be charged at the airport (payment in cash or by credit card).
