1st digiDEM Bavaria dementia screening day in Pfronten in Swabia The digiDEM Bavaria team traveled to Swabia on March 13, 2024 - for the first dementia screening day in Pfronten in the Allgäu. In Pfronten, too, all of our test appointments were fully booked. 52 citizens were tested at three locations - in the guest house, in the St. Nikolaus parish hall and in the Pfronten-Rehbichel district "Zum Escheböck". The scientific screening test takes around ten minutes and provides initial indications of whether cognitive impairments are present. We would like to thank Brigitte Pal from the Association for Neighborhood Support and Time Provision eV (NUZ) in Pfronten, the First Mayor of the municipality of Pfronten, Alfons Haf, and our research partners Albert Lotter and Sandra Naumann for the successful dementia screening day. And we thank everyone who found their way to us.
