Today, Maria prepares delicious meatballs with mashed potatoes and shares exciting stories from her childhood along with cooking. ???? 00:00 - Introduction 00:23 - Ingredients 00:43 - Preparation and childhood memories 11:23 - Serving 12:35 - Let's try and evaluate Ingredients: mashed potatoes: fresh potatoes or salt milk fresh dill meatballs: 50ml breadcrumbs 1.2 dl milk 1 large egg 1 chopped onion 600 g minced meat coriander Minced meat seasoning or salt, pepper Cream sauce: 30 g butter 2-3 tbsp flour 200 ml 35% cream salt, pepper How to prepare: 1. Boil the peeled potatoes. 2. Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. 3. Next, add minced meat, chopped onion and seasonings to bowls. Also, chop some cilantro to the mixture and add one egg. Mix everything into a smooth mass. 4. When the potatoes are soft enough, drain them and gradually start adding milk to the pot, tamping the mixture into mashed potatoes. 5. Add butter to the mashed potatoes, season with salt and add some fresh dill. 6. Shape the minced meat mixture into 2-3 cm diameter balls between your hands. 7. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meatballs in batches on medium heat until they are golden and cooked through. Remove the meatballs from the pan and keep warm. 8. Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Next, add the cream and about 2 tablespoons of flour. 9. Let the sauce boil and season with salt and pepper. 10. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the sauce thickens. 11. Serve the mashed potatoes in a meatball bowl and garnish with fresh dill.
