We will look at the significant circumstances of its creation, in which Czech rocks also participated, then at its current division, and then especially at the current importance of the field both in its applications in industry (especially in nuclear energy, medicine and also in the food industry) and in scientific fields outside of nuclear sciences (radiotracer and isotope methods). At the end, we will show you the lecturer's workplace (the ELI Beamlines laser center), where the study of radiation-chemical processes using laser-controlled pulse radiolysis is being prepared. Martin Přeček currently working in the Department of Radiation and Chemical Physics of the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, in the preparation of ultrafast pulse radiolysis research at the ELI Beamlines laser center project.
