The creative industry often reaches for issues from the field of psychology. There is nothing surprising in this - after all, it is the understanding of the motivations and needs of the recipients of products or services that allows us to fully satisfy their requirements. These and many other questions will be answered by the guest of the webinar - prof. dr hab. Andrzej Falkowski. During the meeting, we will also learn why changes in visual identification generate such extreme opinions and how to properly communicate such a transformation. The meeting will be led by Mateusz Antczak - author of the new Visual Identification System at SWPS University. prof. dr hab. Andrzej Falkowski - a business psychologist who deals with the psychology of marketing and advertising, examines consumer behavior taking into account marketing strategies in the aspect of cognitive and motivational elements of advertising perception and brand loyalty. He is a court expert in matters related to trademark protection. He also specializes in political marketing: issues related to shaping the image of politicians and psychographic segmentation of the electoral market. Mateusz Antczak – a designer working on the border of design theory and practice. His professional interests include research, design and implementation of Corporate Identity programs. In his work, he focuses on designing applied graphics with particular emphasis on branding and visual identification. He defines the role of a designer not only as a supplier of ready-made solutions, but primarily as a consultant, advisor, moderator and mentor. He carries out his teaching activities during design workshops and in cooperation with the Department of Graphics at SWPS University in Wrocław. His research interests include the impact of broadly understood design on the design and modeling of communication, in particular in the areas of Corporate Identity and branding. The Psyche Zone at SWPS University is a project popularizing psychological knowledge at the highest substantive level and discovering the possibilities of action offered by psychology in various areas of both private and professional life.
