For more recipes you can also check out TikTok @citruscaro 1 - BANANA BREAD You can use a recipe of your choice and then serve it with yogurt, fruit & nuts. Nut butter would also go very well with it :) 2 - PANS OF GRANOLA For one portion: 45 g oatmeal 1 banana Cinnamon Pinch of salt → Mix ingredients together and fry until golden brown 3 - GRANOLA For one tray: 200 g oatmeal (I like to use 100 g fine and 100g wholemeal) 60 ml maple syrup 60 ml melted coconut oil 80 g nuts 60 g seeds/desiccated coconut/flaked almonds/ more nuts For chocolate granola: 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder + chocolate pieces For cinnamon & cardamom: 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp cardamom For autumnal pumpkin spice granola: 2 tbsp pumpkin spice spice Pumpkin spice spice mix: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdNX1buB/ → Mix ingredients together Bake at 160°C for 15 min. Allow to cool, break into small pieces and store airtight. 4 - CINNAMON ROLL PANCAKES For 4 pancakes: DOUGH 80 g flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp coconut oil 115 ml milk of your choice → mix ingredients together FILLING 1.5 tbsp soft butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 18 g brown sugar 2 tsp of the dough → mix ingredients together Cover and fry the pancakes over medium heat until they are done 5 - APPLE CRUMBLE For 1-2 servings: APPLE 1 apple Pinch of cinnamon A bit of water → fry until the apple is soft CRUMBLE 45 g oat flakes 25 g nuts 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp water 1 tsp cinnamon → mix until everything is combined Fry over high/medium heat until everything gets a bit of color and it becomes crispy Have fun testing the recipes Your Caro 🍋 __________________________________________ 0:00 Intro 0:10 Banana Bread Bowl 00:59 Pans Granola 01:35 Granola 02:49 Cinnamon Roll Pancakes 04:31 Apple Crumble 05:58 Bloopers
