Original recipe @ZauberTopf ▶︎ Subscribe to the channel & don't miss anything! / einfachyummy ▶︎ My Amazon online shop: https://www.amazon.de/shop/thermilicious * Social Media ▶︎ Facebook: / einfachyummyyoutube ▶︎ Instagram: / einfachyummy_youtube I would be delighted if you linked your photos of the treats you tried out with the hashtag #einfachyummy Recipe: Ingredients for 4 glasses of 150ml each: 200g cream in total 300g milk 60g sugar 30g cornstarch 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder 1 tbsp hazelnut-nougat cream Insert the whisk attachment, put the cream, 200g milk and sugar in the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 7 min/90°/level 2. During this time, mix the cornstarch and pudding powder and stir until smooth with 100g milk, then add to the mixing bowl. Simmer everything for 2 minutes / 90° / level 2. Divide half of the light pudding cream between 4 glasses and chill. Now add the hazelnut nougat cream to the mixing bowl with the light pudding cream and stir for 1 minute / 90° / level 2. Divide between the glasses, cover with heat-resistant cling film and chill until ready to eat. If you like it more hazelnut-heavy, you can add 2 tsp hazelnut syrup. Enjoy!
