In this lesson we are going to start equalizing, compressing and limiting, if necessary, our vocal track. In previous chapters we have already learned how these three processes are carried out with the plug-ins that Logic has for this purpose, but in this case we are going to apply them to the voice in particular. Establishing fixed rules to apply these three plug-ins to a voice is a complicated task and depends a lot on the type of voice and your taste when it comes to adjusting that voice. There will be people who like very natural voices and others who like them completely processed, so I don't want to commit too much and here we will see some general guidelines that can be applied to any voice, regardless of the genre, in order to then apply other tools and take them to other styles and voice characteristics.
