I wish you a beautiful Sunday. Today I have a recipe for a wonderful, tender and fragrant Linz dough. Once you try it, you will never make anything else. ???? Recipe: Linz dough 250 g plain flour 80 g powdered sugar/or baking sugar (fine crystal) 1 egg yolk 130 g butter 1 g salt 1 lemon grated zest (can also be juice) Procedure: Cream the butter, egg yolks, salt, sugar, lemon zest, be consistent. Stir the sifted flour into the creamed butter, briefly but consistently. Wrap and let cool.
