About :

In 2016, at a seminar in England, Kristīne Vilcāne heard from the stage that anyone could write a book and run 10 kilometers - she challenged herself and realized that everything she truly wanted was possible. She felt a strong desire to inspire and encourage young people, because they were still building their lives. Now she is the author of several fairy tales and game methods that help children and adults believe in modern values, opportunities and growth mindset. She and her like-minded friends have created the adventure therapy movement “Adventure Therapy Latvia” and created well-being programs with various approaches. She currently works as a volunteer in the association “MOT Latvija” and has participated in projects that provide support to young people in difficult situations. Kristīne Vilcāne has also managed to get involved in the sports club “Ašais”, which is a small but very powerful sports club in Drabeši on the Cēsis side, and together with the club leader they have revived an old dream “Running around Cēsis”. #sif_maf2024
