Today we are going to Nathanaël, a farmer-cooperative but also President of our Cheese Dairy. While his herd is grazing, he tells us about his farm and his activities. He also explains how the cooperative format is an opportunity for his farmers. It offers exchanges, daily solidarity but also various aids to facilitate the installation of new farmers.
